Last day @ Firetide, Bangalore
Firetide is a multiservices wireless mesh networking company with WiFi access point, WLAN controller and WiFi access client products as well. I've had the opportunity to contribute in the development of all Firetide products and modules ranging from network management to device drivers.

Profession : Joined Lucent Technologies' Bell Labs Development Centre, Bangalore in 2000 July as a Software Engineer and moved to Force Computers in 2003, which is now part of Motorola Inc. In 2005, I joined a startup called Firetide, with wireless mesh and access products and stayed there for more than 6 years. From June 2011, I am working in Aruba Networks as an individual contributor for wireless controller and access point product development and design.
Movies : Used to a regular moviegoer and prides at my DVD collection ... but now I am very selective about which movie I watch.
Music : Mostly film music and some western singers like Bryan Adams and Metallica. Luv most of the Rehman compositions.
Food : Hmm ... I dont enjoy eating as much as I used to. I do have a sweet tooth and tend to like sweet snacks. Can survive on almost every cuisine ... but given a chance I wud eat at home everyday.
Reading : Driven by my current interests. Very whimsical like my hobbies.
